Here’s what happens when you become indifferent to your past #relationship and learn the lessons from the suffering:
you go deep into nothingness, non-judgement and focus on attunement in order to realize, with compassion, with yin where the other person was coming from or still is coming from.
You release any of your own opinions, experiences that may form a reaction. you can visualize him/her standing in front of you.
Look into their eyes, feel the aura, feel it’s oneness with you, then understand his/her experiences and why they may be acting the way they are or did towards you. Is he or she still judging and labelling you?
Understand why and release them into source energy, and allow it to dissipate.
Remember, the emotions that trigger you are the ones you must go deep and clear; The ones that trigger them are their’s and no more.
Be indifferent. Heal yourself, release.
You will find that ur heart space expands and you subconsciously open up to the life your higher-self, #god or in essence you are here to experience.
The barriers are there for growth and expansion of your individual consciousness.
